Customized or made-to-order products
Items that show signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage
Accessories, innerwear, or items worn directly on the body

3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for size or color, subject to
availability
Customers may request one exchange per order
If the requested size or color is unavailable, a store
credit will be issued
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided in cash
Approved returns will be issued as:

Exchange, depending on customer preference and stock
availability
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or
incorrect:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or store credit
at no additional cost
6. Shipping & Return Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the
item is faulty or incorrect
For approved cases, return instructions will be shared by
